It was a teacher's aide position at a pre school.I have no idea how to answer this question in an effective manner. I just say in a very general way that l've worked in 2 school districts before, and l've worked with different teachers/staff/students with many different cultural backgrounds ....and l can work w/ different personalities very easily because we have a common goal,which was to give the best education for the students. This was the best answer l gave her.



The truth is that pre school kids act the same no matter what their race is. Also, aides are not allowed to interact w/ parents because of privacy issues,so there was no need to explain how to deal w/ different types of parents . That was the best answer l can give. Any better answer? Thanks.
