| Posted 4 months ago An art/science mobile.....my position was itenerant....I wanted a mobile classroom fully equiped! (that's one $300,000 thing) I also wanted a portable constellation bubble...we always had to borrow one from Los Alamos. I wanted my students to go to Space Camp....and study inter-species communication with the dolphins at Marine World. A lap-top network...one for each student in the program. (47) What can I say? When you tell me money is no object, I get excited! Oh ~ Before I left, I was working on creating a Children's Museum with hands-on interactive Science and Art Projects....I wouldn't mind having the funding for that! It appears as if my One Wish would be for 10 more wishes.... smile

| Posted 4 months ago Well, I want laptops for every desk in my classroom. Fully functional with readers, writing, graphic software, and wireless internet access. I alread have the smartboard and some computers. I also three wireless printers and zip drives for them. My kids would be able to do more independent research assignments and have more access to what they need when they need it. Let me not forget the permission to allow students who do not have access to computers at home to borrow one for an evening to finish working on assignments. Conferencing software would be cool too so my students could tune in when they are sick so they do not miss out on the original assignment. It would also be nice to have memberships to technology programs to use in the classroom. Every cloud has a silver lining. |
