Nintendo's Wii video game system (pronounced "we") is designed to attract people, regardless of their age or video game experience, to sit down and play together--whether they're in the same room or on different sides of the globe.

I don't like other gaming consoles, but I love this one! The learning curve is small - you can just pick it up and have a fun time. It's a good break from sitting at a computer all the time too.

Great fun for all ages. The only down sides are the graphics and the lack of games (for now at least). But in terms of gameplay, it's definitely topnotch! People at my office can attest this: they've been playing Wii sports for months and yet to be bored with it!

I love this gaming system! It was so hard to find, but it was worth the wait. I just purchased one this week and can't stop playing it!

We love our wii. Super fun for having friends over, and seemingly fun for people of ALL ages (70 year olds having fun with wii bowling). If you can find one, get one.

I love it! It is also better than a lot of other consoles in that it allows you and requires you to move around, so it is more stimulating.

the Nintendo wii is a way for kids to be active in the house, my brother has one and he is always jumping, running and moving his body instead of his thumbs. Although it is still better to go be active outside and not be in front of a television for hours, but it keeps them active and that is good.

Great for children and adults. There are educational games online that are free that interact with this. We play for hours at home and at our church on family fun night.

Great product. It also gives children the ability to move around, unlike more traditional video games where they used to sit like a bump on a log.

The Wii offers a revolution in gaming, there is no doubt about that. The active play component and competitive nature of many of the games have had a positive impact on my own children. I would like Nintendo to step up and challenge developers to create more applications with a directly academic focus OR design an interface that allows educators (who also happen to be code monkeys) to develop those applications on our own.
