You must learn to manage your students' education and play parent, counselor, police officer, and mentor. Wow! Now relax—it doesn't have to be overwhelming. With a little preparation you can ensure that you and your students get the most out of your time in the classroom and enjoy it!

    I have this book! As someone moving from Elementary to High School teaching, I need every resource I can get my hands on. It provides information that is very helpful (e.g. classroom management, getting along with co-workers/parents) and necessary. I recommend it.
