Students are like cakes.
Do you mis en place by preparing your lessons for them.
Incorporate the ingredients little by little so they will remember them.
Mix them thoroughly so they get distributed equally.
Bake them until done that we get them prepared.
Prepare them to be decorated with icing.
Ready to serve. And show everyone what great products you have. ..............................
If they are dough for bread do the same process
But before baking them, let them rise on their own.
Then punch down for them to learn hardships and be challenged.
Allow them to rise on their own again
Then bake them.
Serve best when hot.
Great with coffee..... :-)
I hope you like it! I'm a culinary, baking teacher. And i always tell this to my students. Don't you think its true?

With methods crisp and clear,
Lessons of bright colors

As a warm and helpful guide.
Teacher, you do all these things,
With a pleasant attitude;

Teachers is everything a student deserves to have. God himself was a teacher, he was a friend, a father and brother to all of us. No matter what people say about HIM and HIS teachings, He still continues to go on not minding what others say. I guess we teachers are blessed as we are continuing the mission of Christ. For others it may not be much but for our students it means a lot. We may not please everyone but there is always a part in them that we touch and we make a big difference in their lives.
