Personal

About Me
I am a divorced single mom of a super cool 9 year old girl. I currently tutor at our local community College; I tutor in several topics including English, Spanish and Algebra. Also, I tutor/teach two homeschooling '8th' graders 6 hours a week and one 16 year old in Spanish for 2 hrs a week. Additionally, and most importantly, I am currently in college; my major is English and my minor is Secondary Education. So, in a couple more years I will be a high school or middle school English teacher. If I am able to work it out, I will also pursue my masters and possibly my doctorate someday, so I can teach at the college level and continue my own personal growth as my real passions are literature, psychology, and philosophy, and as I most enjoy working with adults and young adults. If anyone has any helpful advice about lesson plans for my poor deprived homeschoolers or advice about grad schools or programs I should look into, I would very much welcome such input!!
