I enjoy being an instructor. I am always looking for ways to increase my knowledge of teaching styles and techniques. Currently looking for corporate director level position which would allow me to improve training within the organization through training development, training techniques or implementing new technology.
I have over 15 years as a military instructor, over 12 years experience training with technology, certified by the military as a Distance Learning Instructor and experienced with Video-Conferencing. My technical and hands-on experience with a wide variety of training materials and courseware and learning the Adult Learning Model have improved my teaching skills.
I also have over 3 years experience as a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (MSF Certified) and love getting paid to ride a motorcycle (more importantly a Harley-Davidson) and teach others how-to safely. I currently teach for my state and also the Harley-Davidson Rider's Edge program.
