Los Angeles needs more education funding for more teachers badly - I know the rest of the country does too but the situation here is bad for teachers - which is bad for our children! Let's keep our children first!

I like to see education support organizations get in on this stimulus plan for education. I feel they too play a vital role in assuring that the kids who needs that one on one help gets it, whether it be through Mentoring, Tutoring, other assistance such as after school programs on site and off site.
