How to Handle the 6 Toughest Interview Questions
There are many questions that will be asked during the interview. Many interviews last 45 minutes or longer… so you must be prepared for a variety of questions. Recognizing that situations for every candidate may vary, the responses to each question will serve to provide you with some general guidelines. First and foremost, it is important to conduct extensive research on the district or school’s needs in order to respond to interview questions thoroughly and competently.
1. What are your biggest weaknesses?
2. How do you handle classroom discipline?
3. Why do you want to work for our school district?
4. How would you describe a successful principal?
5. What are your thoughts on team-teaching?
6. Do you have any questions for us?

I have an Associates of Arts degree in Human Resources, Medical Management and would like a start as a teacher on line? How do I begin to achieve this short-term goal as a student still working on B.S. degree in Business Administration?

Sorry about misspelling and. As I used to tell my students-we learn from our mistakes-even teachers do. It helps them to bee risk-takers if they know it is okay to be wrong as long as thy attempt something.

Hey, I was a little surprised. Not by the questions so much - I anticipated four of the six before going to this page. Nope, it was the suggestions that took me aback. I mean, they're really GOOD.
In my opinion, this is an article (the suggestions, that is) to copy and print out because it's almost certain that in your next job interview, you'll be asked most, if not all, of these questions.
I know I have been.
