From just the chapter headings, this looks like it could be a "must-have" addition to any teacher's library. Are you planning on actually publishing it?

A very high level patience is an asset of a teacher and it is reflected in the listening profile of a teacher. A list of 'P-assets', like perseverence...when taken to the centre of one's consciousness would be a ready reckoner at the monents of crisis.
The book under comment (without getting into it) appears to be really an asset to a teacher at any level. I will contact my college authorities to consider getting a copy to its library.
